Scrap less

Optimal output by using the Scrap less technique. Due to the hexagonal cutters the return dough quantity is reduced to a minimum. By means of an extruder a pie dough is deposited into a mold in pieces. Then the dough is pressed to a bowl shape which can be filled with sweet or savoury ingredients. If desired the mold can be provided with a cover or an open grid to achieve a beautifully finished product.
